HOW TO SOLVE THE INEQUALITY Utm < m FOR EVERY t (0 < t < 1) ?

Abstract: Let (U : 0 < t < 1) t be a semi-group of measurable transformations on a measurable space (X,M) . In this paper we characterize a s -finite measures m on M satisfying the inequality U m < m t for every t(0 < t < 1). Some applications are given for operator-selfdecomposable, V -decomposable, s-selfdecomposable, and multiply s-selfdecomposable measures.
